NYC DAY 2

The second day we walked to the Empire State Building with a quick stop at Starbucks. There Naomi felt in love with the chocolate muffin. When we arrived at the Empire State Building there was a row and another row and (guess what?) another row. It looks like I was waiting to get in a rollercoaster at an amusement park. But when we finally arrived at the top it was awesome. Really pretty, a littly misty but amazing!

When we had enough of the view and the heights we went back down and my sister and I decided to do something on our own and we went shopping. We started at 34th street were we shopped at Forever 21, Steve Madden, Fossil, American Eagle outfitters and a lot more. At Macy's I bought a very cute silver necklage for a fairly good price!

We lunched at the McDonalds (oh-oh) and after that we walked to the St. Patricks Cathedral. It's one of the locations were you can see the funny contrast between the classic cathedral and the hyper modern skyscraper behind it, I really like it! Next thing we strolled around Rockerfellas Center and a little bit of 5th Avenue.

For dinner we went to the Meatpacking District. I think this is the most fashionable neighborhood in New York, with hip restaurants and exclusive shops. We had dinner at Fig & Olive, were I had the best chicken salad ever.
